Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Engagement & Sales Support Executive to join our Dubai office. The role is entirely office-based and focuses on managing customer communications, handling inquiries via WhatsApp and calls, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing basic service sales. No field visits are required.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Respond promptly to inquiries from existing and potential customers via WhatsApp and calls.
- Provide accurate, clear, and professional information about company services.
- Maintain courteous and timely communication at all times.
Follow-Ups & Sales Support
- Conduct daily follow-up calls with interested clients, pending inquiries, and existing customers for feedback.
- Assist in closing simple sales based on customer requirements.
- Escalate complex or high-value cases to management for resolution.
Inquiry & Lead Handling
- Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Ensure no inquiry or lead is overlooked.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to track service status and updates.
- Prepare basic daily or weekly reports detailing inquiries handled, follow-ups completed, and sales closed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and office management systems.
- Organized, polite, confident, and customer-focused.
- Basic sales and customer service mindset.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
- Candidates on sponsor visa will be preferred.
