Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong specialization in luxury villa interiors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design sensibility, advanced 3D visualization skills, and proven experience in delivering sophisticated, high-end residential projects.
This role requires leading interior design concepts from initial vision through to final execution, ensuring every detail reflects elegance, craftsmanship, innovation, and a refined luxury aesthetic.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Luxury Interior Design & Concept Development
- Lead the complete interior design process for luxury residential villas, from concept sketches to final detailed execution.
- Develop unique, refined interior concepts aligned with client lifestyle, brand identity, and luxury standards.
- Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and bespoke design elements.
- Create mood boards and design presentations that clearly communicate the creative vision.
3D Visualization & Rendering
- Produce high-quality 3D models using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Develop photorealistic Lumion renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to effectively present design intent.
- Manage visualization timelines while maintaining accuracy, atmosphere, and luxury-level quality.
Technical Design & Project Coordination
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design standards.
- Ensure all design deliverables meet project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong focus on luxury projects.
- Proven experience in luxury villa and high-end residential interiors (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing elegant, creative, and detail-oriented luxury villa projects.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage.
