Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients.
- Identify and approach new customers through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
