Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s entire IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex IT projects from planning to execution while ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and end-user devices.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Oversee system monitoring, patch management, updates, and performance optimization.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, including planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and rollout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and security-related issues.
- Implement and enforce IT security best practices such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint protection, and least-privilege access.
- Maintain and support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure management roles.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Proven experience managing Active Directory and identity management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and backup/recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 is highly preferred.
- Scripting or automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python will be an added advantage.
