Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Executive Housekeeper to manage the housekeeping department of a hotel or facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests and residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in housekeeping management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the housekeeping department, including staff accountability, scheduling, and supervision.
- Hire, train, and develop housekeeping staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to achieve operational goals.
- Manage staff documentation, attendance, budgets, and supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks to maintain a comfortable and well-organized environment for guests and residents.
- Monitor inventory and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proven experience in housekeeping management and facility handling.
