The position of MEP Supervisor in the Facilities Management industry offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of all Imdaad and non-Imdaad staff involved in MEP service delivery. A key responsibility of this role is managing allocated work orders from commencement through to completion. This includes planning, issuing, and controlling work orders assigned to MEP technicians, as well as directing the daily activities of respective teams.
The role also requires close monitoring of work progress and the preparation of periodic progress reports as requested by the MEP Supervisor. Strict adherence to company procedures, the Integrated Management System (IMS), and the Quality Management System applied to the electrical department is essential. In addition, the MEP Supervisor will play an important role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and potential new customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Effective manpower planning is another critical aspect of the position to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
In terms of qualifications, candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma, which is mandatory. Acceptable educational backgrounds include professional certification or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, Plumbing, or Fitter Trade. Applicants should have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. A UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is compulsory.
Strong people management, delegation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
