A well-established company in the automotive and car rental industry is currently hiring a Lease Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for professionals with experience in leasing operations, fleet coordination, or car rental administration who are detail-oriented and operationally focused.
The Lease Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day leasing operations by managing the complete lifecycle of lease agreements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle and fleet records. This position ensures smooth coordination between internal departments, customers, and external authorities, contributing directly to fleet readiness, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include generating and processing new lease agreements in line with company policies and customer requirements, as well as managing the closure, extension, and documentation of pre-lease and active lease contracts. The role also involves coordinating the induction of new vehicles into the fleet management system, such as Mile Power, and ensuring all vehicle details are accurately recorded.
Additionally, the Lease Coordinator will reconcile daily vehicle invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department for approval, update vehicle mileage records, and review movement details when discrepancies arise. Close coordination with Salik authorities is required to activate and deactivate Salik tags and provide trip details to customers or internal teams upon request.
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in leasing, fleet coordination, or car rental operations. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems are essential. A customer-service mindset and the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently will be key to success in this role.
