A leading automotive and car rental company in Dubai is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive – Personal Leasing to join their dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving individual car leasing and rental sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely renewals. A key part of the role involves collaborating with rental counters, conducting field sales activities, and identifying partnership opportunities with corporates and institutions to provide customized leasing solutions for employees or members.
Key Responsibilities include prospecting and closing car leasing and rental deals, promoting optional vehicles and value-added products to maximize sales, and building long-term customer relationships. The role also requires coordinating with operational teams, monitoring contracts, proactively pursuing renewals, and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. Field visits will be conducted regularly to support business development initiatives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets set by management.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to deliver consistent results in a competitive, customer-facing environment. Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools is required. A valid UAE driving license is preferred, as field visits are a critical part of the role.
