About the Role:
A leading Private Investments Firm in Dubai is seeking a talented Investment Associate to join their team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction execution. You will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact transactions across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Support end-to-end investment processes, from deal sourcing to execution.
B. Conduct detailed market and company analysis across sectors such as media, financial services, and F&B.
C. Prepare investment materials, including presentations and memos for senior leadership and investors.
D. Participate in legal negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
E. Assist in portfolio monitoring and contribute to strategic initiatives to improve operational performance.

Requirements:
A. 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
B. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, DCF, comparables).
C. Excellent analytical, research, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
D. Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team and take ownership of workstreams.
E. Degree from a top-tier university; CFA or MBA is a plus.
F. Candidates should be based in the UAE or willing to relocate from the UK, US, or Canada.
