Job Summary
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s Forex trading products and services. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into funded trading accounts, and maintaining long-term client relationships while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Forex trading services
- Explain Forex products, trading platforms, and account types clearly to clients
- Convert leads into funded trading accounts and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with retention and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on Forex market trends, products, and company offerings
- Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Forex telesales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts and terminology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and cold calling
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Multilingual skills are a plus (English mandatory; Arabic or Hindi advantageous)
