Roles & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate buses while following all traffic regulations and designated routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify mechanical issues and maintain passenger safety.
- Assist passengers during boarding and alighting, particularly those with disabilities or special needs, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with passengers, providing accurate information on routes, schedules, and any delays.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent; specialized bus driving training is a plus.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving large vehicles, preferably buses or similar public transport vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
