Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up promotional booths or counters at retail stores, malls, or events.
- Engage customers by explaining product features, benefits, and usage. Offer product samples and encourage trials to boost sales.
- Address customer queries and concerns, maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude to represent the brand positively.
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate replenishment when required. Assist in product placement on shelves to maintain visibility.
- Ensure compliance with display standards and promotional campaign instructions.
- Provide support during product launches, roadshows, or seasonal promotions.
- Comply with all quality, food safety, and halal standards and organizational policies.
- Demonstrate commitment to food safety and quality.
- Promote team accountability and effective communication regarding product safety and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of Secondary School; Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or retail promotions preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of dairy products and customer preferences.
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
