- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Conduct due diligence on financial transactions to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in banking, procurement, or customer service.
- Strong preference for UAE Nationals.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
