Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a secure work environment.
- Address client concerns, changes, and requests promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients & stakeholders, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Manage project budgets, verify subcontractor invoices, and control costs.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely completion of snag works.
- Prepare progress reports, obtain client approvals, and support project handover and DLP closure.
- Obtain client signatures on the taking over certificate during project handover.
- Obtain client signatures on the defect liability completion certificate upon the conclusion of the defect liability period.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4–10 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, materials, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
