1. Business Head / Team Manager – SME Banking
This senior role is responsible for leading and driving a high-performing SME Relationship Management team. The Business Head will focus on acquiring and expanding SME client portfolios while ensuring strong adherence to credit policies, risk management, and compliance standards. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and the ability to grow revenue while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of experience in SME or Commercial Banking
- Proven people leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
2. Sales Officer – SME Banking
The Sales Officer role focuses on acquiring and onboarding SME clients, promoting SME banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Requirements:
