A well-established company in the Facilities Management sector is currently hiring qualified Fire Alarm Technicians / Engineers for a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is open to Indian nationals, GCC nationals, European nationals, and Arab nationals, specifically for male candidates. There are two vacancies available, making this an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience.
The monthly salary for this role ranges from AED 1,500 to AED 6,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is ideal for candidates looking to strengthen their technical expertise in fire and life safety systems within a professional facilities management environment.
The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure they comply with safety regulations and operational standards. The selected candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot faults or malfunctions in fire alarm systems and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality in a timely manner. The role also involves the installation and configuration of fire alarm systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing safety equipment and building infrastructure.
In addition, the technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate service records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation required for regulatory audits and client reference. Attention to detail and proper documentation are essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. An associate degree in electronics or mechanical engineering is also acceptable. Candidates with relevant certifications, such as NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in fire alarm systems, will be strongly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining fire alarm systems in commercial or industrial environments is required. Strong knowledge of local fire codes and regulations is essential to ensure full compliance during inspections and installations.
