Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Packing Associates to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring products are packed efficiently, safely, and ready for shipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pack products carefully into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and protected during transport.
- Inspect items for quality assurance before packaging, identifying any defects or discrepancies.
- Accurately label packages and ensure all necessary shipping documents are completed and attached.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and maintain a steady workflow.
- Follow warehouse safety regulations and best practices at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in packing, warehousing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and quality control procedures.
- Proficient in using packing machinery and tools, including tape dispensers, wrapping machines, and other packing equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and maintain high standards of accuracy.
