Prepare metal surfaces meticulously, including cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treatment, ensuring optimal powder adhesion and flawless finish
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment such as spray guns, curing ovens, and conveyor systems for efficient and consistent coating
Apply powder coatings to various metal parts, adhering to specific thickness and coverage requirements
Monitor and control coating parameters like voltage, amperage, and air pressure, adjusting as needed to achieve high-quality results and minimize waste
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a training program in powder coating or related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience in a powder coating environment
Commitment to industry standards, attention to detail, and ability to maintain quality consistently
