Roles & Responsibilities
Operate sandblasting equipment with precision, ensuring surfaces are cleaned and prepared according to specifications using different abrasive materials
Inspect surfaces before and after blasting, addressing imperfections to maintain high-quality standards
Maintain and troubleshoot sandblasting equipment, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
Prepare work areas with containment systems to ensure environmental safety and prevent debris spread
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in industrial or construction environments, familiar with safety protocols
0–2 years of sandblasting experience (training available)
Practical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely and efficiently
