Position Overview
The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations of Hoppi®, ensuring high-quality, safe, and joyful experiences for all visitors. This role includes leading the team, maintaining operational excellence, driving guest satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth across ticketing, café, merchandise, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Focus
- Support P&L management and sustainable growth, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Drive growth across all revenue streams: ticketing, café, merchandise, and events.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, revenue per visitor, and repeat visitation.
- Develop B2B partnerships contributing to at least 15% of revenue by the end of Year 1.
Guest Engagement & Satisfaction
- Ensure visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience through a motivated frontline team.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve services.
- Address complaints and identify recurring issues for optimal resolution.
- Prepare and implement programs based on visitor feedback.
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of facilitators.
- Foster a guest-first, collaborative culture.
- Provide regular feedback, recognize performance, and maintain high team morale.
- Oversee training, development, and effective communication within the team.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Execute marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and mall activations.
- Host regular workshops, talks, and events for parents and children.
- Ensure programs are executed effectively, tracking performance and feedback.
Operations & Infrastructure
- Maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities and exhibits.
- Manage staffing schedules and administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with child safety, food safety, and mall regulations.
- Oversee POS, booking platforms, CRM, and merchandise operations.
- Build strong relationships with mall management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, including in Dubai.
- Proven expertise in guest engagement roles in the entertainment or children’s services industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
