Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our elevators and escalators service team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the UAE, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing service portfolios, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across all service lines, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), FMC (Full Maintenance Contract), and modernization projects.
The Sales Executive will be a key liaison between the company and clients, handling lead generation, quotations, negotiations, and closures. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, promoting mobile app registration, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct surveys, prepare estimations, and develop accurate quotations for service, repair, and modernization projects
- Negotiate with clients and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and annual KPIs
- Manage AMC & FMC renewals and maintain a healthy service portfolio
- Recover lost units and identify opportunities to re-engage clients
- Provide offers for spares, repairs, and modernization services
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Register clients on the company mobile app to enhance service tracking and engagement
- Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and service status
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in elevators, escalators, or building services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice
