Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Training Manager to lead, develop, and oversee comprehensive training and learning initiatives within an educational and professional development environment. This senior role is ideal for an accomplished training professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of blended learning methodologies, and experience working within regulated or academic institutions.
The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and modern educational standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities to ensure high-quality delivery, compliance, and measurable impact.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Program Development
- Design, implement, and oversee high-quality training programs using blended learning approaches, including in-person, digital, and hybrid models
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments through stakeholder engagement, performance data analysis, and institutional requirements
- Develop, review, and continuously enhance training curricula, course content, manuals, and instructional materials
Operations & Delivery Management
- Plan and manage training schedules, logistics, learning technologies, and enrollment processes
- Ensure seamless coordination of training facilities, digital platforms, and learning resources
- Monitor training delivery to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with learning objectives
Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Recruit, onboard, supervise, and evaluate full-time and part-time trainers, facilitators, and support staff
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to build a high-performing training team
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional excellence
Evaluation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and participant feedback
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present insights to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance outcomes and industry best practices
Budgeting, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage training budgets and deliver ROI-based financial and performance reporting
- Liaise with government authorities, accreditation bodies, and corporate partners
- Stay current with UAE higher education regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging learning trends
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Education, Training & Development, HR, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in training and learning development, preferably within higher education or regulated sectors
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
- High proficiency in digital learning platforms, LMS systems, and modern training technologies
